For the last five weeks or so a dog with a very loose bowel has been allowed to foul along the pavement leaving a disgusting trail of loose droppings with no attempt to clean up the mess. Problem up to now being dealt with by adjacent householders.

Reported in the Dog fouling category by David Whittaker at 11:59, Fri 11 November 2016

Sent to Rushmoor Borough Council 1 minute later

The dog owner needs to take the responsibility and also seek veterinary help for the animal.

  • The problem still exists, our side of the street for approx 100 yards has been affected by the loose droppings on the pavement together with droppings not being renoved affecting open front gardens. I believe our neighbour in 52 has also complained but it is very difficult to single out the culprit/culprits wiht the large numbers of dog walkers using our pavements. We are thinking of purchasing a dash cam or similar device to assist.
