Large number of flytipped ive and rose branches

Found a very large number of flytipped branches,and some heavy root boles dumped in the wild flower bed at the entrance to Havelock Rec from Homesdale Road. As I know what plants are where in that bed, I got some passers by to help me move them to the side of the path - please pick them up soon before the Beacon Academy boys redistribute them again
