2 large potholes just before the bollards on the way into Bampton

There are 2 extremely large potholes just before the 'bollards' on the way into Bampton. They have been there for over 2 months and are getting bigger. Cars have to move onto the wrong side of the road to go around them.

    The pothole still exists and as I was unable to see it in advance, as there was a car ahead of me, my near side front tyre hit it and suffered a puncture, despite travelling at low speeds as I entered the 20 mph zone.
