Abandoned dangerously parked vehicles

Over a week now that these two vehicles have been here on the double yellow line. One vehicle is untaxed and without MOT. It is parked dangerously causing a risk to both drivers and pedestrians as it is blocking your view of oncoming traffic. Lewisham parking control NSL claim the area is patrolled daily but the parking warden can’t see these two vehicles apparently. Did I mention council tax just went up!!!
