A report was sent regarding a man cutting trees down along the footpath opposite his house. He has also put a gate in the fence next to his property as a shortcut to the footpath. After killing a load of precious trees (my first report) that are needed for our environment and wildlife, he has now started laying a brick path. Looks like he's put a wire fence in front of the felled trees and hung an open top red bucket for dog poo to go intoamanand. If someone should trip, fall etc. on said brick path who would be held responsible? Surely it should be returned to its former glory?⁵
