Dangerous Road Surface

The road surface is cracking up at the joints of the old jointed concrete underneath the tarmac. The large ruts formed posed a significant risk to cyclists due to the angle between the rut and the tyre due to the gyratory and potentially leading to cyclists being thrown from their bike and causing personal injury.
