Multiple potholes and cracks down middle of road

Multiple potholes both side of the road over 30 of them from the roundabout going up the A424 to the westhall hill turning been like it for at least 3 months and there getting worse and the road is cracking down the middle definitely needs resurfacing instead of patching up the holes
