Awful road surface on Cecil Road between Rayleigh Road and Windmill Hill

The entire portion of Cecil Road between Lidl and the library is really awful. As a cyclist (and it's a cycle route) it's incredibly dangerous due to a bumpy ride, you keep trying to swerve to avoid potholes and risk being thrown off your bike / knocked over by traffic. It's been the same for 2+ years now
