Filter light to turn right doesn't work

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9237175.

The filter light to turn right onto sloper road when coming off leckwith road dose not work .. you end up getting stuck in the center as traffic on coming doesn't stop so you either wait with the possibility of getting stuck in the center or just jolt out and risk having an accident! Please can this be looked into as many times I've been stuck in the center waiting to go then lights turn red and now I'm.blocking traffic either side so I have no choice but to run the red lights and hope I don't get involved with a crash.
