The area beside number 9 Waterford Lane used to be maintained by council gardeners and ensure that it was not overgrown. This has not happened in the last 5 years, and it is now beginning to encroach on private properties with trees now growing in the brush, potentially causing issues with fencing and property. This needs to be cleared and maintained.

  • This area is not part of the Highway Managed at the Public Expense so not the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council. The area may have been previously managed Witney Town Council and West Oxfordshire District Council and I would recommend that you contact them to enquire.
