Why are there no electric displays for non Metrobus bus stops here

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9236386.

Electric displays badly needed for non metro bus stop and routes needed on Rupert Street, this would help passengers a lot especially when trying to get home late at night/early morning. Not everyone uses the first bus app or has access to a mobile phone.
