  • Thank you for your continued patience. The contractors have been made aware that the gully has yet to be cleaned, and we are liaising with them to ensure the matter is addressed as promptly as possible.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. Contractors have attended on multiple occasions but have been unable to complete the cleansing due to vehicles being parked in close proximity to the gully, preventing safe access. The asset will be raised with the contractors and scheduled for priority attention at the next available opportunity within the cyclical cleansing programme. This report is now closed.
