Broken dangerous pathing slabs

This walkway to residents houses has many broken and moving slabs. Over the years they have become loose and now are a real danger to elderly residents and visitors to the properties. Children have already fallen over and have had injuries caused by these dangerous slabs. This has become a worsening problem for the last three years. People are now walking on the grass to avoid slipping/tripping and losing balance or worse falling over. They urgently need replacing.
