  Bromley Council have contacted the responsible party to resolve the overhanging vegetation at their property. If the issue is not fixed within 28 days, please notify us by adding an additional comment to this report. Please do allow sufficient time for the landowner to make the necessary arrangements to address any overhanging vegetation.

• The hedge has been cut back but not straight. The top still overhangs and reduces the pavement not allowing full use of the pavement especially the end near the doctors surgery.

• Are you looking at the correct one because you have put one of the pictures from another report? This is the one near the doctors, the hedge protrudes at the top so if you are over 5ft you still cannot use the whole width of the pavement.
