I would like to report a safety issue with a swing at a local playground. The swing appears to have a loose and possibly damaged connection between the seat frame and its supporting structure. The bolt and joint area are not securely fitted, and there is visible movement in the connection. This could pose a safety risk, especially for children using the equipment. Although the swing is still in place, its current condition suggests it may become unsafe if not repaired promptly. I kindly request that this equipment be inspected and repaired as soon as possible to ensure the safety of users.
