Blocked gulley causing flooding and road damage

Wrong gulley was emptied yesterday ( and they left cover up!) The one in the photos is the one blocked and causes road to flood in conjunction with blocked ‘run off’s’. The resultant flooding has caused road surface to be damaged with six large potholes that need repairing urgently.
