This van has not moved for nearly 3 months. It does not belong to residents on the road. It is opposite a junction (Kings Drive and Queens Drive) and on the pavement, making it difficult for drivers and pedestrians. It blocks the bench and area behind it from view so is attracting litter and rubbish.
