3 rubbish bins too close together

Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 921995.

Near the bus-stop on the south side called Warner Place there are two heavy metal litter bins, plus another litter bin on the corner, with others on the opposite corner of Goldsmiths Row. I'd like to suggest that at least one of the two metal bins is moved to a spot which would benefit from having a bin, perhaps a different bus-stop? The current placement is over-kill, and I'm very conscious other places are under-served.
