No name plate

Sent to Adur District Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 921984.

When going up Downsway (south to north), looking for Upton Avenue, there is no name plate visible. You only glimpse a name plate on the south side once you are too far past the turning (when in a vehicle). That name plate is not very clear to make matters worse.
