Unfinished Pathway

A new 'permanent' pathway was being created linking the two green open spaces together (Stockwood and Burnbush) around the back of Knowle golf course, as what was there was a muddy and dangerous track, which does get well used when passable. Are there any plans to finish the pathway as it literally stops just over halfway through leaving the worst part of the track totally impassable due the extremely muddy conditions which only seem to properly dry out during the summer months.
