The man hole cover is now moving, making clear a visible hole. I am very concerned that this is either going to cause a serious accident for an elderly person or a child. I pushed my pram over it earlier today and struggled, how is a disabled person supposed to navigate across this? The area needs to be at least marked or coned off so that the general public are not being put In a dangerous situation. Thanks
