Exposed ironworks towards centre of the carriageway
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9215453.
The carriageway is sinking on Upavon Way (opposite the junction to Carr Avenue). The road surface has degraded further and further in recent months and has become so bad that a manhole has exposed ironworks that represent a significant hazard to vehicles.

This exposed drain has now damaged my tire and forced me to pay over £150 for a replacement. As this has been reported almost 4 weeks ago, it is ridiculous that it has not been sorted. A cyclist or motorcyclist hitting this at night has a significant chance of being seriously injured.
