18 days into fixing a clattering, sinking utility manhole cover on Dumbarton Rd. most of which time the road and surrounding pavements left in this state.

Note too the inevitable collateral cone damage.

Please have a word with whoever is (ir)responsible for this shambles and ensure that THEY remove all their road junk on final completion. (I am surprised there hasn't been an accident already...)
