This pothole caused my tyre to pop today around 3pm

This pothole caused my tyre to pop today around 3pm on 30th March. The AA had to be called and they put a temporary tyre on my car. I had then had to go to a car garage to get a proper tyre for my car which I have had to pay for. Please can you reimburse this cost.
