Sadly, dog walkers seem to think that if you add a bag of dog waste to an already discarded bag of dog waste they will eventually cancel each other out. I don't think that's the case and we now seem to have a colorful, yet positively antisocial art installation at the top of Penrhos Cutting. This entire area is littered with dog waste bags, all the way up Railway Rise to Blackbrook Lane.

Would it be possible to install a suitable bin at the end of Blackbrook Lane which is easily accessible by refuse vehicle?
