9 inch deep pothole on single track road

There are 2 big potholes along Knapp Lane, Tadley, RG26 3NR. right in the wheel lines for vehicles. there is no where else to drive on this road. This has been here for over a year and has been getting dangerously deeper.

The large one pictured is 9 inches deep (225mm deep) and 600mm long. It has caused damage to my car and another persons.
