Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9210596.

Parking on double yellow lines while having breakfast in cafe. Blocking view for caes comining out road parked less distance than the law says you should. Two cars pulling out nearly been hit as they have no view due to the parking on double yellow lines at least 20 vans and cars do this daily.
