Cycle way needed on the A4130 bridge over the railway line.

Someone requested a designated footpath over this bridge but it needs more than that, it needs a cycle way, and ideally some sort of pedestrian/cycle bridge/subway to cross the A4130. There's a cycle lane along the B4493 (from Didcot) and another along the Milton Road (leading to Milton Park) but there's nothing over the bridge to link the two together. The cyclist must dismount, cross the busy A4130 on foot then push the bike along a grassy/muddy trodden path over the bridge. Or mix with traffic on the roadabout and bridge. When constructing cycleways please link them together and don't build them in isolation.
