Excess rubbish again down Lorne Road from left out and over filled bins left out on the wrong rubbish collection day by students. Food waste all down the road and from windy conditions, has lined the gutter down the road.

Bins have been left out all along Lorne road which has left rubbish blowing everywhere and the seagulls dragging food along the street. Every day I have had to remove rubbish that is blowing into my garden from 66 Lorne Road who is someone who consistently violates the council rules to move bins off the pavement after collection day. This morning I had to remove litter from inside my wheel before driving to work. It is genuinely a joke that council tax is paid and our street looks like this.

There is still rubbish and food waste all down Lorne Road from these bins that are left out. This continues to attract seagulls and rats. This needs to be properly cleaned - there is rubbish from the main road all the way up to the top of Lorne Road continuously. Can this be cleaned properly whilst the students are on break

We visited on 31/03 and dropped advisory letters to properties where there were issues with the bins. We have requested that our cleansing team visit to clear the litter.

Once again - excess bin bags not in the bin, seagulls pulling it apart with food along the pavement. I do not understand why students cannot dispose of their waste properly. Any bin bags not in the bins will be pulled apart by seagulls. Bins are just left out on the pavement and not brought in
