Cracked and sunken paving slabs

Reported via iOS in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 10:01, Mon 31 October 2016

Sent to Norfolk County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 920155.

Town hall car park near Greggs in Downham Market. The car park was recently resurfaced. During this work the contractors drove lorries over the paving near Greggs, causing the slabs to crack, sink and become loose. Please replace the slabs which are starting to become a trip hazard. Thanks

Updates

  • 31 10 16. Had the following message form NCC:

We are pleased to advise that your request ENQ-0179291 has been updated. Council Service: Highways Maintenance: Highway Damage (excluding potholes) Previous Status: New Status: We could not find the problem and so have not taken any action at this time.

They have a precise location form this website, a description of the location in the report AND a photo, yet still they 'cannot find the problem'. Unbelievable!
