Cars Parking right on the junction making it nearly impossible to turn safely

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9198707.

Due to the angle of this junction, it is hard enough to turn into when there is somebody coming the other direction, but there are multiple days a week when in a morning there are cars parked right up and across the line for the junction, reducing it to one lane - which when you cant see the HGV coming the other way until it is too late, is extremely dangerous!
