Parking in residents only

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9198636.

People continuously park in the residents only bay, preventing us residents parking and blocking access for my disabled sons SEN transport to drop him off from school. The main culprits are shoppers and those going to the delta ramp restaurant.
