A small heap of assorted scrap items, including a car wheel & tyre, large lump of concrete, broken plastic & metal from road traffic accidents, 1 piece of carpet. The location is adjacent to the footpath, 60 metres after the entrance to Ministry Wharf when heading towards P.Risborough. At this exact location the kerb is dropped. Thank you
