Pothole

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9196507.

Not only are there several pothole at this section, there is a collection of gravel that has come from the degrading road that has collected at the bottom of the hill making it like riding over the Moguls. There is no way of avoiding potholes or gravel mounts here, and it is causing much damage to vehicle suspension. There are a number of potholes on this stretch of road, some amounting to more than 4 inches deep. They have been getting progressively worse over the last 12mths and are now causing significant damage to vehicles. This is the eighth of several along this stretch. Basically, the whole stretch needs addressing as it is crumbling away.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - We have assessed the location and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks.
