Boundary line maintenance

I emailed highways of OCC and they asked me to submit it via fix my street.

As you can see my property/extra space of grass runs alongside the highway boundary. The grass is dead/mossy/not well kept or looked after.

My partner and I would like to stone on all of our boundary to stop the awful looking grass and constant growing weeds. It would also make the place look a lot neater and tidier.

At our expense we would like to stone the slither of highway bordered land to keep it looking uniform with our part that we plan on doing. Not to remove the boundary stones, just the dead grass/mud etc and stone around them.

We wouldn’t have any issue with it being dug up in future if needed for supplies/maintenance etc…

Please could someone let me know or the best person to formally request this too?
