I am writing once again to report the ongoing issue with the unmanaged trees at the end of my property. Due to the lack of maintenance, people continue to use the area to dump rubbish, which is now attracting rats and causing a serious pest‑control problem. This situation has been reported multiple times, I urgently request: 1. Proper maintenance and trimming of the trees, and 2. Installation of clear signage to prevent illegal dumping. The current conditions pose a hygiene risk and affect the safety of my home. I kindly ask for immediate intervention.

    Hi there, I am writing to follow up because the case appears to have been closed, yet no actions have been taken. The tree remains in the same condition, with no cutting or maintenance completed, and the situation continues to encourage people to dump rubbish in the area. Additionally, I previously requested fly‑tipped waste signage, but it has neither been installed nor provided to me. Could this please be investigated properly and the following actions arranged as soon as possible?

    Lower/trim the trees to prevent them being used as a spot for dumping waste. Provide and/or install the requested fly‑tipping warning signage.

    I would appreciate confirmation that the case has been reopened and that these issues will be addressed promptly. Kind regards, Carlos
