Dangerous barbed wire

Sent to Adur District Council and West Sussex County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 919170.

Public path between Old Shoreham Road and Abinger Rosd. Barbed wire has been pulled from fence to open land at Abinger Road end and is overhanging footpath at head height.
