Blocked drain/poor reinstatement

Dear Team,

A new gas main has been installed the length of Southend, Garsington OX44 9DJ. The works continued for 12 weeks & is now complete however during this time the grass verges were severely damaged, the contractor has carried out a poor level of reinstatement in addition to this a large street gully has been blocked by the contractors & has now been covered by the reinstatement team with top soil.

Location between No73 & No75

The picture of the cone between No73 & No 75 is the location of the blocked & covered drain.

Please could you either attend & remedy the situation of the preferred alternative could you apply pressure on the contract to remedy the above points.
