Various sized potholes in road

Various large potholes and gap in asphalt (you can see a black void when looking down the gap) and uneven surfaces have slowly worsened over the last 6 months. . These holes are a H&S risk to pedestrians when crossing the road and could damage car/bike wheels/tyres resulting in claims against the local council.
