Double Yellow Lines worn away

Full length of Fairmount Rd. There is a large nursery in Fairmount Rd, which leads to large volumes of traffic at drop off and pick up times. Due to the double yellow lines being worn away, parents using the nursery park over pavements etc which leads to small children having to go into the road and around the badly parked cars. I witnessed an incident yesterday which almost led to a child being hit. A child is going to get seriously injured if this issue is not resolved.
