Car consistently park on diuble yellow lines on nelson road making it difficult for other cars to enter the street. This is not only illegal but obstructive.

Cars consistently park illegally on the double yellow lines near junction with the main London road, making it difficult for cars to turn into Nelson road from London road. This need to be monitored to stop this practice. I think many people are using Dawns stores so perhaps they can help enforce this. I have reported this previously but no action has been taken. Thanks
