Residents in flats parking on main road and blocking access

Hello. I (and other residents of Parish End) have witnessed residents of the flats at the end of Parish end constantly parking on Parish End (and not in the flats allocated parking). This wouldn't normally be a problem but they park on corners and have many times stopped the refuge lorry accessing the road. If an emergency vehicle had to access the road they may struggle. This stops 'normal' residents of Parish End parking outside their property.

This problem started about a year ago and seems to be getting worse (more and more residents are parking within the street and more importantly on the corners).

  • I have had no contact to say that this has been looked into. Residents of the flats are still parking on the main road in precarious locations (On the corners obstructing traffic) so I doubt they have had any notices from the council.
