Street light is permanently out problem

Hi a street light has been out on Pittville Circus since before Christmas. It was put on fix my street on the 19 December 2025. I am visually impaired and have tried to manage, but I am finding it very difficult to walk home safely. Is it at all possible to fix the light, so I can avoid falling. It is the first lamp post to the right of Northlands. Thank you
