Unable to access waste site on foot

The picow farm road waste site, is vehicle only , access to people on foot should be provided . whilst dropping off a small box (hand carried) it was pointed out to me by the staff that walk in access is not allowed . Please bear in mind there is a legal foot path access to the site,,, once inside car drivers and passengers unload on foot , on marked walk ways and pedestrian crossings , However this seeming nonsense of no doubt health and safety driven banning of foot access given the foot access to and foot access inside needs a re think ... Why is there not a simple path to allow access ... This policy no doubt with good intentions denys access to the site for people without cars or otherwise unable to drive
