Street light is permanently out problem
FixMyStreet ref: 9167803.
Customer has called in and has mentioned that the light in the archway has been out for some time with has now lead to a lot of Anti-Social behaviour - the customer has made quite a few reports to the police (Police Incident - 495 5/03/2026 & Police incident - 336 12/03/2026) she is wondering if the light could be fixed or if a motion activated light could be installed as well.

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
An update on the issue will be provided.
