Illegal / Dangerous Parking - Kendal Park / Blackmoor Park Junior School

The entrance to Kendal Park has double yellow lines road and kerb pavement meaning no waiting or loading at any time. This is continously ignored and parent and guardians park illegally and dangerously every day during school drop off and pick up times. This photo was taken today only 3 days after the visit of a traffic warden which serves to prove it doesnt work as deterent. A permament solution in the form of bollards is required of we are going to avoid another death like Bobby Collerans.

    Ongoing safety issues in this area continue to pose a serious and immediate risk to all pedestrians, particularly schoolchildren. The danger is both real and significant. Urgent action is required to prevent another tragic incident, such as the one that led to the death of Bobby Colleran just metres from this location.
