The car belongs to a disabled gentleman that is an amputee and mobility scooter user. He has a new car that assists him better than this one. It’s been parked there for over a year now. It’s Never used as he has the new car. it’s full of rubbish, mould and I would probably say it’s also got mice there also. It’s taking up his disabled space and he parks on the roadside as everyone else parks in the other spaces.
