Aside from the inconvenience, this raises genuine concerns:
Obstructed pedestrian access
Limited visibility and manoeuvring space
Potential issues for emergency access
This is not a one-off, it happens every Sunday afternoon like clockwork. Photos attached show just a sample of the situation. Would it be possible for enforcement officers to visit during this time, or advise on how this can be addressed? Many thanks in advance
