Illegally placed flags

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9164382.

Yet again flags have been placed on public property without permission. Its beyond a joke. The council are removing them but they are then put back. This is costing us money that would be better spent on other things. All for some lame protest which is achieving nothing. Everyone knows who is doing it and the group they are affiliated too. Just get the police to tell them to stop. Its not hard. Are we just going to repeat this cycle over and over?
