Obstructing pavement

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9164208.

This vehicle has been parking here and is severely restricting the pavement for pushchairs disabled etc. I had to stop in the high st to allow a pedestrian with crutches to pass on the road.
